(click all the way through for high res) I don’t even want to talk about how long this took me, so we shan’t discuss it. It’s a good thing I didn’t do it in color, or else I’d likely still be working on it for another week. And anyway, part of why I wanted to do this was because I saw this screencap in black and white, and really liked it. It’s kind of more mystery/detective/old-movie-ish like this anyway. :) There are some issues (his nose is a bit wrong, too long I think) but I don’t even care. I’m very happy with this. I have never done a picture like this, with a full background and everything. Guh. As painstaking as it was, I’m so glad I did it. (But let’s add guns, lamps, and books to the list of things I can’t draw lol.)
